What’s included

• Diagnosis of one defined problem, for example “There has been a critical error on this website”, a white screen, a plugin or theme conflict, a broken layout, a login loop or a contact form that doesn’t send
• A full backup before we change anything
• The fix, tested on your site
• A short note of what was wrong and what we changed

Turnaround

Usually within 1 working day of getting access.

What we need from you

A temporary WordPress administrator account, and hosting access if the site doesn’t load. Never send us your own password: after checkout we agree a safe way to share access.

Fixed or free

If we can’t fix the problem, you get a full refund. If it turns out to be more than one problem, we tell you the price before doing anything else.
